• 4 slices of white bread
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 3 tomatoes cut into pieces
• 1 tablespoon of concentrated tomato
• ½ chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon of Elkhabia garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon of Elkhabia pizza mix
• ½ glass of water
• ½ teaspoon of Oregano Elkhabia
• Sliced mozzarella
• Turkey ham
• Chopped red cabbage

In a pot, heat two spoons of olive oil, then add ½ chopped onion and stir.
Add the chopped tomatoes, a teaspoon of Elkhabia garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of concentrated tomato, a teaspoon of Elkhabia ground pizza mix and half a glass of water, stir and cook for 15 minutes.
In a frying pan, add butter and half a spoon of Oregano Elkhabia then arrange the breads, and cook them over medium heat until golden.
Spread the two slices of bread with the prepared sauce.
On sandwich bread, put some chopped cabbage, two slices of turkey ham, a slice of Mozzarella, two Elkhabia pickles cut in half, and layer the sandwich bread.
