– 1 packet of lasagna noodles
– 500g minced meat
– 2 chopped onions
– A little olive oil
– 1 teaspoon of Elkhabia lasagna spices
– ½ teaspoon of Elkhabia garlic paste
– 400g crushed tomatoes
– 1 pinch of Ground black pepper Elkhabia
– A little soft butter
– 8 tablespoons of flour
– 1L of milk
– Grated cheese

Step 1

Heat the olive oil then add two sliced ​​onions and half a spoon of Elkhabia garlic paste and stir.

2nd step

Add the minced meat, the crushed tomatoes, a teaspoon of Elkhabia lasagna spices ,stir and simmer for 45 minutes.

Step 3

In another pot, melt 100g of unsalted butter, remove the pot from the heat and add 8 tablespoons of flour, put the pot back on the heat and gradually add a liter of milk while stirring. Let cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Once the sauce becomes thick, add a pinch of Elkhabia black pepper .

Step 4

Butter a lasagna mold and pour a layer of béchamel, the lasagna noodles, then the Bolognese sauce. Repeat the process until the mold is filled.

Step 5

Cover the last layer with grated cheese.

Step 6

Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
