
Potato dumplings

Ingredients
• 4 potatoes
• Mozzarella cut into cubes
• 25g of butter
• A pinch of salt
• Elkhabia black pepper
• Elkhabia chilli breadcrumbs
• 2 eggs
• Flour

Elkhabia Mexican Breadcrumbs

Preperation
Step 1
Put the potatoes cut into pieces in a saucepan and cover them with water until boiling.
2nd step
Once the potatoes are cooked, mash them. Then, add butter, a little salt and Elkhabia black pepper and knead the mixture by hand.
Step 3
Crack two eggs into another bowl and beat them with a fork.
Step 4
Bake some mashed potatoes with the Mozzarella cubes and shape potato balls with your hands.
Step 5
Roll the potato balls in the flour then in the eggs then in the Elkhabia Chilli Breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Heat oil in a frying pan and dip the potato balls until golden brown.
Step 7
Place them on absorbent paper.
