– 2 sachets of 100g of Corete Elkhabia
– 3 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 teaspoon of Elkhabia garlic paste
– 2 tablespoons of concentrated tomato
– 500g beef

Step 1

Cut the meat into cubes and season them with a teaspoon of Elkhabia garlic paste and two tablespoons of concentrated tomato.

2nd step

Boil three liters of water in a pot.

Step 3

In another pot, pour the Corete Elkhabia and add the olive oil, then mix.

Step 4

Put everything on the fire, then add boiling water and let it cook for 15 minutes. Cover the pot and cook for 3 hours.

Step 5

Add the meat and cook for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Step 6

Serve the Mloukheya and accompany with bread.
